Dani Ruiz opened the shop off 4th Avenue with one groomer, one table, and a promise: no dog gets rushed. Beto Alvarez joined not long after. The sign over the door — a marigold hound on a teal board — was hand-painted by Pilar Nuñez, a sign painter two blocks over, the week the shop opened.
